	We are a non-profit organization celebrating our 53rd season this year. We manage and develop over Six Hundred boys and girls each year in all aspects of baseball competition. The childrens ages range from the Midget Division of five year olds to the Major Division of twelve year olds. All league personnel, including the board, are volunteer members. The Teams are Divided into four age brackets. The Midgets are made up of 5 and 6 year olds, the Mighty Mites of 7 and 8 year olds, the Minors of 9 and 10 year olds and the Majors of 11 and 12 year olds. We are structured this year with 69 teams including our traveling all star teams.

	Sandlot Travel Baseball
	SANDLOTT Baseball has developed very special leagues for teams participating in 12u, 13u, 14u, 15u, 16u, 17u, 18u and 19 & over year old age divisions. Teams will be selected each year to participate in a very select league from the some of the strongest programs in the country. SANDLOTT Baseball will operate in four regions in 2003. The Mid-America region includes southern Indiana, southern Ohio and northern Kentucky. The Southern region includes, middle and east Tennessee, northern Alabama and central and northern Georgia. The Mid-South region includes west Tennessee, Mississippi, and central Alabama. The Great Lakes region includes eastern Michigan, northern Ohio, western Pennsylvania, western New York and southeastern Canada. Four pairs of teams (8 total) are selected from each region in each age group.

As a coach, his 1998 Twitty City Hallmark team won the National Amateur Baseball Federation (NABF) 17 year old division World Series. In January of 2002, Hiter was voted "Mr. Baseball" in middle Tennessee by the prestigious Nashville Old Timers Baseball Association.

	AAABA - All American Amateur Baseball Association
	In 1944 Glen L. Martin of Baltimore, MD gathered representatives from ten major cities across the eastern part of the United States to form an organization called the AAABA whose goal would be devoted to the promotion of amateur baseball. Mr. Martin backed his idea with his own money in the early years and, his upon his death in December 1955, he provided a substantial bequest to perpetuate the organization. 	AABC - American Amateur Baseball Congress
	The American Baseball Congress was founded in March, 1935, with the assistance of the Athletic Institute. Its first national tournament was conducted in Dayton, Ohio, in September of 1935. 	Beast Of The East
	The Beast of the East Baseball Showcase is an excellent opportunity for players to show off their talents to college coaches and professional scouts. The showcase precedes the four-day "Beast of the East" baseball tournament. It consists of three sessions, run one at a time, with up to 100 participants in each session. The showcase enables scouts to see each player's strengths at the positions the player chooses.

	Black Swamp Baseball Classic
	The Great Black Swamp Baseball Classic was started in 1997 in Bowling Green,Ohio, and has evolved into one of the premier amateur summer baseball tournaments in the Midwest. The tournament has twenty four 18&U teams and twelve 16&U teams annually, and attracts over eighty college and professional baseball scouts each year, as well as teams from all over the United States and Canada and as far away as Puerto Rico. The tournament is named after the Black Swamp region of the Great Lakes.

	Buckeye Elite
	The Buckeye Elite Showcase Tournament will be held July in Columbus, Ohio. The competition will be limited to the first (60) - U18 teams, (24) -U16 teams and (16) U15 teams. The tournament field will be one of the most competitive in the Midwest. All tournament pool games will be played on many of central Ohio's premiere high school fields.
